Pre & Postnatal Yoga Guidelines:
To ensure a safe, supportive, and calm environment for both mother and baby, please review the following requirements before your first session:
1. Medical Approval
Please consult with your physician to confirm you are cleared for gentle yoga and light physical activity.
2. The 16-Week Milestone (The "Stable Period") For safety and comfort, sessions are available to mothers who have reached 16th week of pregnancy (often called the "stable period" or Anteiki). If you are currently in your first trimester, you are welcome to contact the studio to pre-book a session beginning at 16 weeks.
3. Mother-Child Health Handbook (Boshi Techo) As is standard for prenatal wellness in Japan, please bring your Mother-Child Health Handbook (Boshi Techo) with you to each session.
4. Cancellation Policy for Prenatal Sessions
Pregnancy is dynamic, and your condition may change unexpectedly. To support you, prenatal sessions follow a modified cancellation policy.
Prenatal and Postnatal
• Short-notice or same-day cancellations are permitted if you or your baby are feeling unwell.
• Please contact the studio as soon as you notice a change in your condition.
• There is no penalty for prioritizing your health.

The goal is to keep your prenatal journey calm and stress-free.
We will always work together to find a solution that supports your health and schedule.

What to Wear
Comfortable, Stretchable Clothing: Choose attire that allows you to move freely (leggings, joggers, or athletic tops).

If you are feeling unwell or have a fever, please let me know as soon as possible to reschedule.

What to Bring
Water & Yoga Mat I provide mats and props, but you are always welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Flexible Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy To ensure that every student has the opportunity to reserve their preferred time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

24+ Hours Notice: We will happily reschedule your session at no cost.

Less than 24 Hours: Due to the private nature of our sessions, the full fee (or one ticket) will be applied.
Semi-Private
Prenatal semi-private sessions are designed for two participants.
If one participant is unwell:
• The other may attend as a private 1-on-1 session (using their own ticket), or
• The session may be rescheduled so both participants can attend together.

Arrival & Punctuality
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This gives you a moment to settle in and transition into a "flow" state.

New Students
