Prenatal Semi-Private 80-Minutes

Requirements: To ensure a safe, supportive, and relaxing environment for both you and your baby, please complete these steps before our first session:
1. Doctor’s Approval Please consult with your physician or midwife to confirm you are cleared for gentle prenatal yoga and light physical activity.
2. The 16-Week Milestone (The "Stable Period") For your safety and comfort, we welcome expecting mothers who have reached their 16th week of pregnancy (often called the "stable period" or Anteiki). If you are currently in your first trimester, please reach out—we would be happy to pre-book your first session for once you hit this important milestone!
3. Health Handbook (Boshi Techo) As is standard for prenatal wellness in Japan, please ensure you have your Mother-Child Health Handbook in your bag when visiting the studio.​ Our "Motherhood Grace" Cancellation Policy. I understand that pregnancy is unpredictable and your health can change from hour to hour. To support you, I offer a special exception to our standard 24-hour rule:Standard Sessions: Requires 24-hour notice for changes.
Prenatal Sessions: Short-notice/Morning-of cancellations are permitted if you or your baby are feeling unwell.​
How to Cancel: Please message me as soon as you feel a change in your condition. There is no penalty for prioritizing your health.
Semi-Private (Friend) Policy: Since our prenatal sessions are designed for two, here is how we handle one person feeling unwell:If your friend is unwell: You may choose to attend the session alone as a Private 1-on-1 session (using your own ticket), or we can reschedule the pair to a later date so you can flow together.
Our Goal: To keep your journey stress-free. We will always find a solution that works for your schedule.​

What to Wear
Comfortable, Stretchable Clothing: Choose attire that allows you to move freely (leggings, joggers, or athletic tops).

Cancellation & Rescheduling

What to Bring
Water & Yoga Mat I provide mats and props, but you are always welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Health
If you are feeling unwell or have a fever, please let me know as soon as possible to reschedule.

Arrival & Punctuality
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This gives you a moment to settle in and transition into a "flow" state.
