My name is Chanh, a certified yoga instructor and English educator based in Ichikawa City.

With a professional background in English education, I later expanded my path into yoga teaching, guided by a deep interest in long-term health, balance, and well-being. I completed over 500-hour yoga teacher training in India, where I studied yoga as a safe, steady discipline rooted in breath, awareness, and mindful movement.

My approach to teaching is calm, structured, and supportive. I place emphasis on alignment, breath control, and gradual progression, so students can build strength and confidence.
Because I teach in a private format, each session is carefully adjusted to the individual. Whether your goal is physical well-being, English communication, or both, the practice is designed to feel steady and natural rather than rushed.
