Namaste 
 
My name is Chanh, a certified yoga instructor and English educator based in Ichikawa City.

I realized that many busy professionals here in Japan were struggling to find time for both wellness and language study. To meet this need, I created a space where you can sharpen your mind and relax your body at the same time—combining Hatha flow with natural English conversation.

With a professional background in English education, I later expanded my path into yoga teaching, guided by a deep interest in long-term health, balance, and well-being. I completed over 500 hours of teacher training in India, where I studied yoga as a safe, steady discipline rooted in breath, awareness, and mindful movement.

My approach is calm, structured, and supportive. Because I teach in a private format, each session is carefully adjusted to the individual. I place emphasis on alignment, breath control, and gradual progression, so you can build strength and confidence at your own pace. Whether your goal is physical well-being, English communication, or both, the practice is designed to feel steady and natural rather than rushed.

The most meaningful part of my teaching is seeing students leave the studio relaxed, grounded, and quietly confident.
